"Gamperfin ist zwar mit dem Auto erreichbar, aber auch mit Schneeschuhen von Wildhaus als Zwischenstopp geeignet und für Skitouren ein guter Ausgangspunkt. Den Mindway-Höck konnten wir hier mit ca 35 Personen abhalten, zusammen mit weiteren Gruppe von ca. 14 Gäste der Bergrettug Wildhaus. Die Gastgeber ermöglichten ein Apero im Freien. Bei Minustemperaturen war es aber angenehm dank Feuerstelle und Glühmost, der zwischendurch von der Küche heraus gegeben wurde. Das Fondue ist leicht verdaulich und auch die köstlichen lokalen GetränkeSpezialitäten waren dank der Bergluft und guter Dosierung gut verträglich."

"Da lohnt es sich hinzulaufen. Mit den Schneeschuhen ab Oberdorf in 90 Minuten erreichbar. Wunderschöne Wanderung mit tollen Panoramablicken an die Churfirsten wie auch zum Säntis und ins Rheintal. Feine Rösti und Zwetschgenkuchen genossen"

"Eine wunderschöne Skihütte. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön. Wir hatten ein Fondue Chinese bestellt. Einmalig!! Wir haben auch übernachtet im Massenlager. Es gab richtige Decken..Einfach einmalig...auch das Frühstück war hervorragend.. Die jungen Chefsleute sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.."
